Nuvio Voice provides an AI-powered automation platform that integrates with GoHighLevel (GHL) to automatically reply to inbound email and SMS messages on your behalf. The Service includes:

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same business entity without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis at $29 USD per month per account, billed in advance through PayPal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account will be deactivated and AI reply automation will stop. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive usage, or fail to maintain payment, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and all related materials, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
You retain ownership of your own content, data, and brand assets. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nuvio Voice and its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
